Default Frozen breast milk 4 months in freezer ok?

I know the guidelines are 3 months, but they also have guidelines for other frozen goods that I've never followed and it's still fine.... Wondering if it would still be ok to use?

I am going out sat night for our anniversary and she'll probably refuse it anyway lol
