I just wanted to bump this up and see how people are going with this. I'm currently pregnant but am having major aversions to dairy and bread so I was researching what things I can eat and came across the Paleo way of eating. I can't see why this would be a bad way of eating for a pregnant woman as obviously this is how they used to eat when processed foods weren't available. I'm keen to keep eating this way to see if I can keep my weight gain to a minimum and also to feel good in general. Who else wants to join me?

This morning I had an omelette - 2 whole eggs, 1 white, mushrooms, spinach, red onion, bacon and zucchini. Very yummy!
