I had a show at midnight followed by light cramps, then my waters broke at 6am with a gush!

All 3 of mine started within 12 hours of losing my plug.

I've been reading along your pregnancy diary. Good luck to you and your DP, very exciting times!!

I second what @IndigoJ says, go to the shops, you might tempt fate!

Oh, my waters didn't really break first time, they just leaked out slowly (hindwaters). I had my first real gush of them in Safeway while I was talking to a friend. I kind of squished my way quick smart back to the car with DF, all I could smell was that seamen scent that comes with amniotic fluid....gross! We laugh about it now though

Thanks all I'll keep you updated

I'm excited because even if I don't go into labour today or tomorrow or the next, I know it will happen and I know my body is getting ready for it!

So ready to meet my little man!
