Hahahahahahaha I'll have to try that one when my daughter won't eat her veggies.

I wish my bub would go to sleep as easily at other places as she does at home. We're staying at my parents house tonight because hubby is away on a bucks weekend (and I'm a scaredy cat who won't stay in my own house alone!) and she refused to go to sleep until mum and I took her for a drive at 11pm! She was tired but quite happy still. She is here for at least 2 day sleeps per week, sometimes 3 - it's the same cot in the same room kiddo, what's so bad about it at night time?! It makes me feel like a failure because I'm at a loss as to how to get her to sleep because she just isn't like this at home. Thankfully mum and dad took turns with me of trying different things and didn't leave me to flail on my own.

If that's the worst of her sleep problems, then believe me, you are NOT a failure! (says the mum who got into bed with her dd at 9:30 and was awake with her daughter at 4:15 with several uncountable wakes in between!)

Anything I read on social media that starts with 'ummm, sorry but' is going to make me ragey. Why do I do it to myself?
