I had washed the sheets during the day and hadn't got around to making the bed before I went out in the afternoon/evening. The later it got the less I wanted to make the bed because the mattress is heavy so I usually make DH do it with me haha.

Hahaha no, I'm not that much of a morning person! Usually when I make the bed for the day (on days off at least) it's at about 5:30pm before DH gets home just after 6pm so it doesn't look like I've done nothing during my day haha.

I had horrible letdown the first few weeks with dd. I grabbed a couple of facewashers, wet them and wrung them out and folded them neatly. Then I popped each one into its own ziplock bag and into the freezer.
When it was feed time I'd grab out one, take it out of the bag and hold it on my noob as dd fed. The intense cold not only numbs a little bit, but it distracted me a bit from the letdown too. It was so helpful

I hate moving. The house is in chaos (even more so than usual). The washing machine has died as well. Plus getting up for work at 5am 3 times a week plus a toddler that won't leave my side..... I'm so overwhelmed!

Btw dd I know you're trying to be involved but pulling everything out of the boxes and throwing them as I put them in is not helping!!!!

My computer is dying and I can't afford to replace it at the moment :-( DHs laptop is held together by duct tape as well. Being a grown up sucks. If I didn't have to pay mortgage/bills, replacing them wouldn't be an issue! I need to win the lotto. $20k would be plenty to buy new computers and pay off credit card and a few other bits and pieces. I'm not greedy, I don't need millions (although it would be nice).
