Just baked some cookies from a recipe in another thread. They turned out amazing! And I have another 2 batches in the freezer ready for next time. So stoked as dp has a big sweet tooth and will be so happy we have biccies again.

We are having fresh fish the next 2 nights that dp caught the other weekend. My freezer and pantry still look full and I have only topped up on fresh stuff in the last nearly 2 weeks.

I could seriously get used to using everything and having no waste!

I could I please have the cookie recipe? The one I have isn't good for lunch box as they crumble. I went on a cooking bender today I made 3 batches of Anzac biscuits, 2x lots of spaghetti Bol, 20 blueberry muffins, and 7 serves of stir fry.

    I am impressed.

I use the 100 cookies for $5 for lunch boxes.

I think it must be the 100 cookies recipe

    1 cup sugar
    500 grams butter
    395 gram condensed milk
5 cups of self raising flour

    Cream butter and sugar
Add condensed milk and flour and mux well. I then split the mix into thirds and froze 2 logs of mix. Add your filling. I did coconut choc chip with a teaspoon of vanilla essence but you could do anything really. Put cookies in baking sheet and cook in 170 c preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden. They firm up when cooling

I never thought to put coconut and vanilla essence in biscuits but my boys don't have sugar so that would add abit more flavour. Just found a yummy chicken fried rice recipe I want to give a try tomorrow night for dinner.

Mum gave me 6 boxes of chicken and noodle and minestrone. I am not a fan as I find them too salty. How can I use them up?
