Default Does anyone know which maternity pads KEMH uses?

    Hi all,

Trying to help a friend who has an extremely heavy flow normally and is having some bleeding issues and leaking a lot. She's on the larger side (unsure if this could be a factor in the leakage problem) and asked me if I happened to know what kind of pad King Edward Memorial Hospital in Perth (Subiaco) use. Apparently these are the only ones that work for her. As I have absolutely no clue I'm wondering if anyone knows which kind it is and where to buy them the help would greatly be appreciated 😊

I've checked with her and she says it's not the one :-( the one she's looking for goes wider at the back, really long and is blue in the middle with a purple packaging. It also has wings.

Kotex have changed there packaging, I had ds 2.5 years ago and was given Kotex maternity pads at hospital, they were in purple packaging.

Eta- they also have the blue bit in the middle.

I use depend incontinence pants. They control leaks, very wide in the back and stop you from ruining underwear. I have a VERY heavy flow. No normal pads have ever done the job, not even two maternity pads at the same time, end on end :-(

I don't remember it having purple packaging. Was def black with wings, and the blue bit in the middle. They were kotex as I bought a pack when I got home from KEMH in September as they were great, extra long. I am certain it says on the pack about the extra absorbancy in the middle
