    Hiya ladies.

LP - I am sorry about the BFN - I am hoping it is a late implanter
Lashed - I hope everything comes back in the normal range and you can start jabbing!
Emzy - have you had your beta? Such an exciting time!

AFM - we'll officially PUPO had a day 4 transfer with an early blast. Fingers crossed the little sucker is super sticky. TWW will end right on Christmas Day! Any tips or advice as to what I can/can't do?

Congrats on being PUPO Toni!!wow that would be the best Chrissy Present ever!!
I actually bought a small book that was only $5 and it is the best book! It covers everything from conception through to all trimesters on what to eat for implantation etc...all I know is I put it into action (along with other things) this round and BFP!
In TWW they say Eggs,Cauliflower,Guava,Lamb,Radish,Corriander,Cinn amin,Pears, and Brazil nuts. Also for the first 5 days after transfer cut out the core of Pineapple and once daily eat ONLY the core.
I was also told by my acupuncturist (who I see weekly) to always keep your feet warm and where possible eat as much "warm" food as you can.
Best of Luck to you! My BT is this Friday...2 more sleeps yay!

Congrats Toni I hope this TWW goes nice and quick for you!!

Well my leverls were perfect so tonight I start with my Lucerin injection and then 300 of Gonal F in the morning with another Lucerin. Then I do both Jabs every morning until I'm ready to explode with eggs (positive thinking lol)
