Full. My husband is empty and it irks me. He is annoyed by my outlook. Once he told me I was very laid back, but he didn't mean it as a compliment.

He immediately thinks the worst every time something unfortunate happens whereas I panic for a minute and then become rational again.

Just be grateful for what you have. You have a partner. Some people don't any luck finding Mr Right. You have three kids. Couples are trying for years to conceive. You could be living in a country where you have no rights as a woman eg Saudi Arabia. Imagine how depressed you will be if you were living there.

Count your blessings. Sometimes we can overlook the most important things in our life.

Always empty. I can always see the downside to everything, and I don't have many happy memories despite having a very blessed life - there is always something bad to take my attention away from the good things.

Telling me to count my blessings and look on the bright side is like telling someone suffering anxiety to "just relax" or someone who is depressed "just smile". It's unfortunately not so simple!

I'm mostly chipper. If I can fix it I do and if I can't then I move on or find ways to deal with it.

Having faith in a deity has helped me greatly with dealing with disappointment in my life.

I think I'm positive, and half full.

however this year has been tough and it's been hard getting through it. I had to just keep telling myself that by November most of the bad stuff would be over. And it is.

Im not so positive that I can't see the danger or see if someone is trying to take advantage. But I do try and just get out there and live life to the full.

I work dam hard on being a half full person. It works 99% of the time.

I see it like training a child. You need 5 "add a boy/your doing a great job" for every correction.
So for every negative I try and find 5 positives.
