Strega sorry to hear that Hun.

I'm putting my all into it this month, really focussing on timing plus using the maybe baby applicator. Joe hopefully some of what you got can just rub off onto me pls haha. We are doing the SMEP with opks plus lube. If this doesn't work we are going to have to go down the temping/charting road which I just didn't want to do....

That is one huge stash topaz!

Newmrs they look great! Fx some rubs off on us!

As for smep, I think we unofficially achieved that this month. Fx it works for us! Heres a capture of my app... I used opks that lined up with the flowering.

I just came back from my acupuncture session and it was fantastic! He confirmed that my choice to quit sugar is one of the best things I could have done which I'm really happy about

He also said little to no salad, only one a day on really warm days otherwise stick to hot meals and veges to keep the insides warm. And no barefoot...which luckily I don't do because I hate dirty feet but my partner never wears shoes at home so that will have to change. He said the barefoot thing goes for everyone as it's the easiest way to throw your body off whack.

He worked on my kidneys and adrenal glands and I see him again in a week, he is so lovely! He told me to enjoy my girls night tonight as things will probably happen quickly in regards to my fertility

Yeah I really wanted to avoid charting, just because I felt like it would take the romance out of it all. But I'm ordering DH into the bedroom like a drill sergeant as it is, so I suppose the romance was lost a while ago haha....
I agree, it's much easier now with all the technology.
Let's hope the thermometer I bought will have to just go in the bin because it arrives after my dec bfp ;-P

No bare feet Tugs...he said on wood floors was the worst haha

I know it has a lot to do with the Chinese medicine side of things and their traditions...Chinese and Thai people always have inside shoes and outside shoes...never bare feet. Feet are the gateway to the kidneys so should always be kept warm

He also said babies born to people who frequently go bare foot are more likely to have asthma, ADHD and a few other things I cannot remember.

Oh well my DHs genes will give our kid ADHD for sure so I suppose a bit of barefeet won't help much haha.

My feet are ALWAYS hot so assume my liver is snugly haha
