The last few days I am waking up feeling ok, eat healthy breakfast, still ok, start to feel really queasy around 12 and by now 2pm I feel really really sick like I want to vomit! Last night that lasted until about 8pm when I felt good enough to make dinner and ate well. What's going on?? I'm having one coffee a day again around 10am and really enjoying could that be it? Or am I just eating too much during the day? I'm being fairly healthy but eat quite a lot. Ugh so fed up with morning sickness!!!! I feel like maybe I should eat less but mid morn I have the urge to eat and when I'm eating I don't feel sick, it's later I do.
