Oh dear indigo. I dont know much about allergies to insulin. Im guessing its pretty rare. Talk to your middy or educator as soon as you can. I dont think pupps can just be in first timers can it? Ive seen pupps a few times. Have you googled pictures? To compare?

Im waiting until first thing tomorrow to call them. I have to go up on Wednesday for my scan so they can have a look then. I circled where i gave myself my protophane last night and its gradually getting redder within the circle Its not painful, just really itchy. Im not on Metformin, they decided against it due to my lingering HG.

Going by google only first time mums get it and its really rare to get it in subsequent pregnancies. I googled pupps and they are more like little hives. Mine is more like 8-10 5c piece red spots.

I dont think its pupps either. Not red enough. It def looks like some sort of reaction to the needles or the drugs.

It starts off as a red welt that's itchy as all hell then it changes colour later on. I do get small bruises from the needles occasionally, but only small..

    This one shows it better.
The darker small spots are old welts, you can just see the circled one getting redder
