I'm doing 6 units at night. Possibly will need slow release before lunch and dinner soon. I only have 9 weeks to go thank goodness. Even though I don't find the injections too bad, my anxiety seems to go through the roof every time.

    15wks. Youre a champion!
I think my levels will be increased soon. Im currently on 16-6-0-30, but have been getting high levels this week. My breakfast level was 8.5 :/

I have a maximum of 7wks to go (thats 2wks overdue), but will be anywhere from 3-6wks (3 if bub is unhealthy, 6 if she is healthy).

Im allergic to every darn insulin they put me on, so my legs are red from me scratching and the reaction, and different shades of bruise too. Its not so bad that i cant put up with it though, so im not sure if i should bother mentioning it to the diabs tomorrow.

My levels are seriously all over the place! One day they are nice and low and the next they are through the roof even though i have eaten the same thing!!!

It must be hard being allergic to the insulin. Im getting bruises and pain in the area of the injection but thankfully no itchiness. The stretchmarks cause enough of that!

Wow I wonder what happened there? Have you had that meal before? Are you going to ring the endo about it, or just pass it off as random?

I got a 9.5 once after my regular breakfast, completely random. This morning I got an 8.1 after breakfast (and 16 NR).

Miados - did the Asian salad have a sweet sauce? I've been tricked with salads before. I've also had massive readings after Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls. Have you been sleeping ok? Are you feeling unwell?

Stress, sickness and sleep deprivation all effect levels

Hope they've evened out this morning for you it can be really upsetting when your trying to do the right thing but can't control it it's not your fault!

Yes well im 38 weeks today so feeling a bit unwell normal pregnancy stuff and tired goes with the territory! I know about the salad dressings trap I fallen before so the dressing was omitted from my serving. The lamb was done sweet chilli. The Asian green were sweet as in baby cabbage and carrots. But yes eaten it before no worries.

Levels this morning were 5.2 fasting so not bad. Just a random I guess. Ill monitor today and if its still all out of whack ill email my endo.

Hi everyone, I did my GTT last Saturday and haven't heard from my doctor yet. How long did it take for you to get your results? I'm starting to get a bit anxious, I just want to know it already! My fasting level wasn't good, the lady said that it was 6.
