Here's a bit of fun
Think of what you had for lunch today, or what you are having for dinner and try to make it sound like something fantastic off a menu!
I had corn thins with cottage cheese and tuna on them for lunch.
Here's my menu-fancy interpretation:
A quartet of lightly toasted crispy corn thin rounds topped with zesty lime and black cracked pepper infused tuna, on a bed of luscious fresh Australian cottage cheese.
