Default Seeing a TAX accountant to get my tax done. WHAT DO I TAKE?

I'm seeing the accountant tomorrow, and have to do BAS statements and my tax. What documents should i take so that I have absolutely everything. I want (and need)it done on the day!

    I have my
    - quarterly figures in a table (I have the bank statements as well, but have done the maths myself)

    - my work expenses/deductions

    - Superannuation fund

    - Private health fund

    - Bank interest details

I want to make it as simple as possible for them so I'm not charged too much

Any traveling involved needs how many kms travelled
    Electricity
    Phone bills
    Wages of staff?
Record of how many hours worked in each quarter
Obviously all writen records of anything bought for business - probably don't need to bring receipts in tho
    Last years notice of assessment
It really depends on what type of business you have.
