    @Rozzie1976 glad your feeling good and walking. I'm going to watch the sunset tonight to get out of the house and go for a lil stroll. & have some sorbet. I think I'm confused now lol. My FS just said don't jump on a trampoline, or you know when your exercising and you get all hot and sweaty. He just said don't do that. Also no hot baths or saunas. I have some pineapple but haven't eaten it yet. I'm going to be walking again in a fews days when I feel comfortable but not exerting myself.

    @Joviolet good luck for BT on the 11th dec. me and DF haven't told anyone we are doing ivf.

    @Emzy5 glad I made you giggle, but every morning I get hayfever... And it's so hard not to sneeze lol, so I just blow my nose lol

    Ladies It was just something I read while googling. I don't know the truth of it. They said not to drink cold water as apprarently you want to keep your tummy area nice and cosy for the embie. But as I stated I'm a newbie and was doing a lil research. I still drink cold lemonade and water just not as much as I used too

    @babygirl7 @Rozzie1976 @Joviolet (not sure who else i missed on 2ww!)

    Its funny the things we read up on huh?
    Not really thought about the cold drinks, all I know is i was told to drink water, keep the fluids up. I ate pineapple the last 4 days since Fridays FET...

    Husbo works away, so im doing this on my own, been at home by myself, the couch and the furries, doing my best to relax and eat ok. Im doing accupuncture (did before and after FET) taking all the vitamins, coq10, fishoils, chinese herbs... avoiding too much lifting and exercise.. .. Im trying to drink some green shakes every morning with the vitamins, man that powder stinks! haha

    struggled with sleep last night, brain wouldnt shut off... ... hard when you really want something, and you've been working so hard towards huh!

    We've only told a few people this time, I live interstate from my family, so i have a friend cheersquad who are substiute husbands for appointments etc... Last FET when we got a BFP mum went troppo excited and told everyone... I understand it was pretty exciting my first BFP in 3 years on this 6 year journey so far, but it just makes it harder when it fails (as it did)... so I'm taking some time to just chill and not have the 20 questions a day from the well meaning mum, she's coming to visit me the weekend after BT so i'll prob tell her then.

    I think i've changed my mind about POAS, I dunno maybe i'll wait til monday or tuesday the day before BT lol

    @Tanej78 so true and it really confuses me lol. Glad to hear your doing well and looking after yourself. That's awesome you have a cheersquad who you can turn to while hubby is working. Will you have your results before you see your mum? I'm not going to be POAS either. I'm going to be having some pineapple after dinner aswell

    Oh it gets so confusing, so many theories out there @babygirl7
    I keep telling myself its so hard to know, you can only do what you can...
    Yes i'm very lucky to have friends who are like family, so hard with husbo away 4 out of 5 weeks at a time!

    Yea BT is the 4th, she wont fly in to Melb until the 6th... so need to decide if I try and hide it (thinking positive!) or tell her... I was going to wait til 1st scan, because thats where things went wrong last time, but not sure i'll be able to esp with the protocol im on progestrone twice a day, those pessaries i have to lie down for at least 30-40mins afterwards lol

    @Tanej78 I agree, just do what your feel is right and comfortable. And esp listen to your FS. Good luck for your BT on the 4th hun and hope everything goes well with your mum. I haven't told my mum anything as I'm afraid she will tell. Me and my mum don't really have a tell all relationship. I have only told my dad a little bit.. But he is good at keeping things to himself.

    Had my trigger injection tonight at 8.30, EPU is booked for Thursday 28th, super excited & nervous at the same time, hard to believe we are finally doing this! Due to not living in the same city as the clinic im staying there till transfer, but hubby can't get that long off work, and is flying home on Saturday, bit disappointing being on my own, but hoping for a Christmas miracle!
