@Ian0308 that's great news, so happy for you and hope Thursdays BT confirms it for you. Would be a great Xmas pressie fingers crossed hun. What did you do during your tww? I'm only eating some Brazil nuts, resting and trying to eat healthy. No exercise as my FS said not to do anything that makes your body temperature rise... So I'm ok with that's. Although the weather is hot here. Also I been avoiding cold drinks as I love to drink cold water.

babygirl7 - I have done nothing through the whole cycle has I've been very sporty my whole life & been told that my weight & body fat could've been the biggest hindrance. I played soccer this year again & decided once the season was finished & we started IVF I would not exercise (I've put on a little weight but not worrying cause the outcome will be worth it). I've tried to stress less but some days hasn't worked, I have had brazil nuts everyday & generally tried to eat healthy & reduce sugar/salt intake. The weather is really hot here too in Sunny Qld but I've enjoyed a few cold drinks here & there, the last couple of days I've been a bit light headed so I've had a cordial to have some sugar. That's about it - trying to not think too much which I thought was going to be my hardest obstacle cause I worry about everything . Hope that helps - also mine ET was a 2 day 4 cell transfer & my other one I had left was 5 cell but didn't make it past day 4 so hoping the little one has given us our Xmas miracle.

    Hi Everyone

Is it too late to join this thread? I am 1dp3dt. They implanted you good quality 8 cell embies. I thought I can do this 2ww but am already going crazy working out when the earliest is I can realistically poas and talking to my embies begging them to stick. I did my first cycle in June but it ended in disaster with my ovaries swelling like crazy and me ending in hospital for 5 days on morphine then hearing no embryos made it to freezing. I have a lot riding on this since this will definitly be my last cycle since DH refuse to do this again. I just need to talk to people that understand the emotional roller coaster ride.

@Ian0308 thank you for your wonderful info. I have a bit of cold lemonade here and there. I too have put on some weight, but as you said its well worth it. I'm in WA and I don't know wether to put the air on on or... Last night when I got hot I kept kicking the blankets off so my temp would stay around the same. Yes I'm a stresser lol, but trying hard not to think. I had 13 follicles, only got 3 eggs, 2 fertilized. Had a 3 day transfer of 1 lucky 8-cell compacted morula and 1 lucky 9-cell frostie. Fingers crossed for you hun. Also I have been avoiding Icecream and chocolate as they are my fav things

Emzy - YAY so glad you have a date hun. Not long to go now!!!

Chiefsgirl - Oh sorry hun derr! I did know that! hard to keep track of everyone and remember everything now there are so many of us!! Hope the nausea has eased for you , you poor thing being at work feeling like that. have tomorrow off I say!!!

Nightchild - waiting for the results babes!!!

Koschic - GL for the BT tomorrow. Don't be too worried I have read lots of women with spotting when pregnant and early on

Megs - Congrats on being PUPO!!! Hope that 2WW goes quickly for you x

lan0308 - Oh huni Thursday cannot arrive fast enough for both of us! Hoping we get our BFP's confirmed and all enws is great news. Other than that I am doing fine. Little tired but good otherwise. Myb oobs aren't sore anymore still a little bigger than normal though, and my bloating from EPU is finally nearly gone. I thought it was from the Crinone but am now thining it was just the whole cycle and EPU as my stomach is nearly back to normal and I'm still on Crinone.

Babygirl - glad you are looking after you and little bean! Have you been eating fresh pineapple too? I've been for my 1st few walks Sunday, Monday and this morning after doing nothing for 6 days since the ET. Hadn't really done much else during the whole cycle as my stomach was so bloated! Must say it feels great to be exercising again.

That's strange what you were told about not letting your body temp rise? Is that what everyone has been told?? Just curious as we were told walking was a great exercise in the 2ww (not the 1st 5 days afterwards ET though)? They said it was actually really to be moving around, etc as normal getting blood flowing (obviously no heavy lifting)? And why no cold drinks??

    Joviolet - Welcome!!

    Hi Babygirl

my bt is 11 Dec but I told my family and few friends that know we are doing IVF that it was the 13th. Thought it would give me a chance to process the outcome before them expecting an outcome. I love cold water and guzzle it down, is that bad? Should I not do that? I live in Brisbane and it is hot so I also have the aircon on. Avoiding heavy lifting is hard since I have a toddler at home. This is doing my head in. It would be nice if we are testing on the same day and both get a BFP.
