Megs Im keeping everything crossed for you to get loads of beautiful eggies this time, sending your way.
omgshoes I hope things get better for you.
Stillfuntryin and fefe thanks for the enter key info, I had no idea either and I've been on her since the May/June thread
Welcome Sleepy! I think its great you are on here in support, I hope the timing works out for you this cycle.
Babygirl the waiting is the worst hey!, the wait for AF then the wait for EPU, then ET then the TWW, sometimes seems all we do is wait wait wait I hope the time goes quickly for you, I'm waiting on AF too.
Mrsmac good luck for your first appointment, hope this cycle is your lucky one!
Vixjc yay that your lining cooperated! keep doing what your doing..not long til your ET now, will keep everything crossed for you.
Chiefsgirl I'm glad you got things sorted out with your SIL, if its any consolation I have a SIL just like that, actually I have 2! I find it hard to tolerate either of them, I'll never understand why its always the SIL's that are so so *****y! Its almost like they think you've either stolen their brother away from them or you are a threat to their relationship with your brother! rant over hehe. I just wanted to say I totally disagree with you, you are no failure in comparison to the other women in your family! You are a power woman taking control of your life and striving for what you want! Perhaps you should point out that your journey to have a bub of your own isn't just as easy as laying there waiting for it to happen, its a long hard road this IVF stuff and she should be more supportive and if shes not going to be she should keep her mouth closed. I hope things get better for you in that situation. And if she does by any chance do something to irritate you, to quote the funny little penguins of happy feet quote "Just smile and wave, just smile and wave" lol!
and Sharlee don't waste a second wondering if they give a ****about you, it's not worth it..WE BUBHUBBERS CARE ABOUT YOU HUN! and are with you every step of the way!
Same same Emzy I have two SIl's as well and often wonder why they seem to dislike me so much. Instead of embracing me like a sister they shun me and purposely exclude me. I practically never ever see my neices and nephews they don't even know who I am. Seriously one of them asked me who I was last x'mas. I alaways thought I was fairly close to one of my brothers but barely see/ hear from him now so can only assume it is his wife's influence. This year the DH and I have already decided to Vito any x'mas gathering as we are done. I am sick of it and don't need it in my life. IVF is hard enough without added upsets.

Stillfun my IVF clinic told me to drink pear juice. Hope it gets better soon hun.

Rainbowbabe crinone is the worst ahhhhh it gave me AF cramps the whole time. AF didn't actually arrive until after I stopped the crinone both cycles.

Hi ladies... what a busy weekend it has been!!! Congratulations to those with BFPs let's hope there are many more to come before November is up!!

Rainbowbabe it is so hard not to read in to every twinge, cramp or feeling during the TWW but remember the progesterone can create a lot of AF type feelings so it could just be that! Have you had any updates on your other embies yet? How is your DF feeling?

I am 3dp3dt and found out we officially have 6 snow babies we are very excited - still a long way to go yet but feeling very happy about our SB's!!

Just realised I missed a whole page... this page certainly does move fast!! Rainbowbabe that's awesome you have 2 frosties - congratulations!!

Emzy they are some strong embies you have there... some are even ahead of schedule!! Grow little ones xx

Had more blood so came home from work and now seems to have stopped. But feels like AF coming & I am due in 2 days. Never had an IVF cycle where haven't got to testing point and stopping meds before AF came
Feeling pretty bummed. Just sitting here not entirely sure what to do now. Guess nothing to do but wait

Oh Fefe to you. It might not be AF, some women have had bleeding and it's from clots and stuff - I've read one ladies story and she bled pretty much the whole first trimester. Have you poas?

JB for 6 snowbabies, wow I'm a wee bit jealous! Hopefully you won't need to use them for a while

this next FET is the one for you Sharlee and you can have a nice early xmas present.

AFM - FS called, my E2 is 600 which is low, but about par for the course for me so they're not too worried. They're ordering in more saizen for me and I can pick it up on Saturday. They're thinking Wednesday (but I think possibly Friday) next week for my epu.

Sharlee there are 3 reasons why people usually don't like you it either that they are threatened by you, jealous of you or they just wish they could be you!
JB 6 snow babies is fantastic! congrats!
FeFe keep your chin up hun, it aint over til AF rears her head and many many women have had spotting like that then got their BFP! will keep everything crossed for you

AFM: Just got the call from the clinic at day 4 we have 8 at Blastocyst stage, 3 at Morula stage and 5 at 10cell stage I'm so happy with that! So I don't think I'll be getting much sleep tonight as the nurse said the next 24 hours are the most crucial and will determine how many snow babies we end up with...hang in there little ones!!

Rainbowbabe - that is GREAT news that you have 2 frosties!! You must be so thrilled

Fefe76 - sorry that the tests are showing BFN. it could be a couple of days too early to tell though? Am hoping so for you

Mieke034 - this is my 1st cycle so don't have as much knowledge as the others on here, but I have read the same thing they have all explained to you. That it could be the crinone as I have read that is quite common. Or even implantation bleeding as someone else suggested.

Can anyone tell me why crinone gives you such cramps??

Stillfuntryin - hope you get some relief soon hun! I too was going to say prune juice or cranberry juice. GL!

JB - wow 6 snowbabies that is incredible! Congrats!!!

Emzy - wow more great news for some good snowbabies!! I hope I have as much luck as all of you with getting some frosties!! Awesome hun can't wait to hear more news.

AFM -I had my 2nd BT today and am just waiting on results but am assuming they will be in the normal range as per Mondays's.

I am on day 5 of injections (Day 5 of Gonal F & Day 2 of Orgalutran) & have the last 24 hours been feeling very full in the lower tummy, like there isn't much room in there IYKWIM. And some mild bloating today so hopefully these feelings are a sign that those little follies are doing what they should be! Starting to just get a little bit uncomfortable I guess.

Bit of a rant though - When I rang Monash to say I had done my BT, I asked the FN what time my scan would be next Monday. She asked me if I had booked it in, and I just sounded and looked like a fool...ahhhhh no, I have been waiting for someone there to tell me what to do!!

No one had told me I needed to ring and book my scan in myself, which yes I probably should have known, but I am just going along ticking things off my chart day by day as I do them..BTs, Injections etc. I wasn't even aware that it was up to me to book the scan in. I just think that for all the money we are spending someone could give me a little more guidance with it all given it is our 1st IVF cycle...and also because that is part of their job?? Feeling just a little like a number and not a person today!

ANYWAY our scan is at 9.45am next Monday so cannot wait to see (hopefully) how many follies we have.

If all looks good, how long post scan for everyone was it until they had their trigger shot??

Thanks Rozzie! The length of time post scan is different for everyone as it all depends on what your follies and E2 is doing. For instance I had a huge number of follies (55) so I thought they would trigger me for sure but the mature ones were still quite not big enough for EPU so I had to wait yet another 2 days. With my FS he likes the follies to be at around 19mm to 20mm and if there are a few there lagging behind its better to let them catch up so you get more "mature" eggs to fertilize...not much help in that answer hun but unfortunately we are all different so cycle differently. Hope you are not too uncomfortable...I always sleep with a small pillow in between my knees at night that seems to help a lot. GL Monday, will be keeping everything crossed you get to trigger

Rozzie, I was booked in for my first scan (which is Friday and CD9 of stims) when I went in to pick up all my meds. I actually booked in for a scan on Monday at the same time (I know I am a slow responder so will need the extra scan) as I wanted to try and get a scan before I went to work.

I would have thought, being your first cycle they would have explained everything to you and reminded you if you needed to do something. Just another example of each clinic doing things differently!

As for scans and trigger, as I said, I'm a slow responder, so I know now that I generally have 2-3 scans before I am ready to trigger. When I have that last scan and I'm at or close to the right size follies they will tell me to trigger that night for epu two days later.

Don't get too caught up in what everyone else does though. I remember after my first scan in my first cycle, I thought (because the cycle plan they gave me said it would likely happen) that I would be given the go ahead to trigger after that first scan. Instead they said I need to continue stimming. I sat outside the clinic crying for half an hour when really, I just needed time to grow those follies

Thanks Emzy. I guessed everyone would be different, nice to hear the individual stories too. Guess I won't have long to wait now! I really hope everything is doing what it should be internally! X
