    I got up at 4 to close the bedroom door (cats were waking me and being annoying) but now my temp took a huge drop when I tested at 6.
    If, when you wake up, you're fully awake, I'd say take it. FF will probably put an open circle on your chart by that's just cause you won't have taken it at the same time as your other temps.

    A lot of charting is trial and error - meaning give it a go, see how it affects things, and then try something else and see how that works.

    Hey becca...I would have thought with taking ur temps early its thrown ur chart out so u may have. Then I noticed u had ewcm again today so maybe not.
