Just watch out with the acid in grapefruit as it will cause dental problems.

So, now I have these red lines, I think you ladies call them cross hairs. Now what? What does this mean? Any in site into how my chart is looking?

This FF is doing my head in, it's so confusing to understand.
Yes crosshairs 😊. It's looking good. Saying you O'd on Sunday (that's the red vertical line) and that you're 3dpo today. Hopefully your temps continue to rise over the next few days. The goal is to keep them above the horizontal red line 😄.

So, what does the temps staying high mean? Maybe pregnancy?
It's definitely something you learn as you go. I've been temping since jan, I was completely in the dark when I started too and just kinda worked it out by reading what the other ladies said. Temps getting high is a result of the increase in progesterone in your system after ovulation, if they stay high at the end when you should be getting AF then that can be a good sign. It's when there's a big dip at the end then it isn't the best sign. A dip during the TWW can sometimes indicate implantation but it does tend to fluctuate anyway, but as long as it stays above the cover line it should be safe.

Despite the rise, I don't think AF is far off.
I am feeling very pre-AF (achey butt, achey thighs)
