Your temps rose before they fell again back in July....hopefully you cool down soon

@Funchu - nice rise. Hope it keeps heading up for you! Just in time for Xmas

Silvery blue your chart is looking awesome!

Funchu, glad you are finally getting some rise.

Looking good bake! Fingers crossed for you.

Afm I have 2 days left of soy isoflavones. I'm still in love with my chart dispite waking before my alarm way too often. When should I start using opks? Do you think my temps will rise then dip if I get o??

Becca, with your long cycle last time you never know what could happen so I would start early with the opk if you have the cheap ones. Like maybe cd9.

I thought I was the only one who woke early it's like I know I need to do my bbt lol.

Thanks for the thumbs up on my chart but I think it may be wrong as I had a bad night my dd spewed the bed and once I cleaned everything up didn't get to sleep till maybe 4 am. I just have to put my temp in anyway to keep in the routine. I can't stand a missed day even if wrong hehe.

Everyone else, the charts are looking great too

I'd forget the OPKs & just BD every 2nd day from now until you see your temp rise. I reckon you'll o early. If you want, you could also do OPKs, but don't hold off on bd.

I've been waking earlier some days I'm up at 5am or before. My alarm is set for 6.30.. At least I didn't have to clean up vomit, you poor thing!

I'm probably due to clean up someone's vomit, I've made a mess myself twice in the last year

Waking up early sucks, doesn't it. I generally wake before DH alarm at 530, even though I don't need to get up till 615. Plus DD likes to wake early too from time to time.
