Default My feelings don't matter....I have to just shut up and bite my tounge...

DH and I have been together for over 20 or so years ....my two eldest are NOT his but where really little when we got together.
He has other brothers and sisters but they are step.....I hate the step mentality and I have brought up all 9th my children as brothers and sisters NOT step.
His sister a few weeks ago posted a happy birthday post to one of our sons saying happy birthday to my eldest nephew totally disregarding how my other older children would feel....I had a conversation with my DH about this and that I was upset that she posted this and he is now not talking to me and has the ****s and went to bed with out saying anything other that I am over reacting and I took not the wrong way and I am being a *****....but I am sick of him covering for her always making excuses for her because she doesn't think...

I now feel that I have to shut my mouth and not say anything and that my feelings mean duck all....
    I am so ****ed off.....

I'm sorry op no advice just hugs and to validate that you have every right to be upset, it's not like you guys just started dating.
After such a long time together one would hope ( and quite frankly expect) that you and your kids would be accepted and be part of his family.
I can completely see your side
