I need to put together a dip platter for the work Melbourne cup do tomorrow. I am taking dip, crackers and carrot and celery sticks.
I know I can cut the celery sticks up and out them in a Tupperware container with water I the fridge and they will stay nice, does this work for carrots as well?
Would I need to do two separate containers? Am I on the completely wrong track? Help! I just want them to be nice tomorrow for the race. We don't have great kitchen facilities there so I really do need to do it at home tonight.
