    Loving the bunny and ferrets. I've always wanted one of each but being in qld all my life haven't been allowed.

    We also have 2 cats, 3 chooks, fish and a guinea pig. Dr dolittles house!

    Wow I didn't know they could be toilet trained!! That's awesome.

    If we got one it wouldn't be an inside pet- I was thinking outside in a really big hutch that DH could custom make. I hope that would be ok? Maybe a smaller overnight one by the back door up on the deck and a big day with lots of running space one etc on the grass.


    That's given me heaps to think about.... I need to convince DH me thinks.

    Zoo here as well.
    2 dogs, 2 cats, 4 ferrets, 4 birds, and 6ft fishtank with heaps of fish!

    I think that'd be totally fine, most people keep bunnies outside! But I would suggest getting two if they'll be outside. And lots of cuddles so they are used to their adults.

    Our hutch is tiny, but she hardly uses it. If she was in a hutch full time we would get a bigger one.

    And yes, they're kind of like cats in that they're really clean creatures. She toilet trained herself. She just decided to use her food bowl as a litter box one day so we swapped it over and ever since she has used one side for wees and one for poos!
