And lastly the 'unusual' pets Anansai.jpgAnansai Miki.jpgMiki, not on her best colours as she is going to shed soon miki eating.jpg and Miki eating, I buy frozen food from the pet shop and would never feed live food (just in case anyone is curious). I have no photos of the mice or fish.

Oh gosh imagine I came to visit you guys. Seeing a snake in your living room loose would kill me instantly my heart would not cope I tell you.
We currently only have the one and have been handling her since she was a hatchling. The only time she gets a bit grouchy is when she sheds because she can't see for a few days and she getsa bit spooked. Even then she never tried to bite, she prefers to just slither off. She has the biggest tank we could find for her and apart from 2 days after she eats, and the week she sheds, she gets taken out and handled every day. She took up residence on our wooden man(martial arts training thing) today cause she thought it was a giant tree. She really is a giant earth worm. We feed her once a week because she hasnt finished growing yet but when she does we'll go to once every two weeks.

She has her own personality, is a HUGE daddys girl and likes hats.
I'm not any more afraid she'll turn on us than I am a dog will.

If it's any consolation, she doesn't go to people we haven't introduced her to or let handle her, not because we don't let her but just because she doesn't know them. She'd prefer to curl up in DFs pocket or in our hair really, so she'd never try and play with you.

She also pooped on DF the other day. Made me giggle.

She poops once a week, sheds roughly every six and enjoys sleep. No meowing or barking to keep us awake. Lol. Very low maintenance, even more so than our blue tongue who just likes sun bathing (and also sleeping in pockets??).

Back in my day, ABC played Alice Cooper on the kids cartoons and our cartoons could talk. Being a kid sucks now.

Yup, We actually want to get one but we want a few more Cuckoo Catfish first, they are out favourites. I saw tiny baby electric yellows at the shop yesterday and I wanted another too, ours was bigger when we got it.

I am not sure sorry, they're apparently non aggressive though. We cant have tetras because the cichlids are so aggressive
