i don't know if it would work but could you do a cob loaf, heat it,wrap it in foil then transport it to laser tag?
    Pikelets
Snowballs (1 packet of ground arrowroot biscuits, one tin of condensed milk and two tbps of cocoa combined and rolled in coconut. Refrigerate.)
    Potato frittata
    Arancini balls
    Chocolate fridge slice?
    Little cups of choccy mousse?
Little jelly cups? Nice with two fruits in them.
    Little cups of fruit salad?
Cooked but cold meatballs with dipping sauce?

This is my standard party food menu, minus party pies and sausage rolls.

Fruit Platter (I never do kebabs because my kids and skewers aren't a good mix)
Choc crackles, Honey Joys, Caramel popcorn on a couple of platters
Fairy bread/sandwiches (I make them star shaped because I think they look cute!)
    Sushi platter
    Dip platter
    Cheezels - I can't party without cheezels.

Ham & cheese croissants are good - you can get mini croissants from woollies, stuff them with some ham & cheese, thin spread of mustard, oven for 15 mins and they are yummy served at room temperature.

Crudités (fancy word for cut up veggies) and dip.

    Popcorn in little individual buckets.

Quesadillas with avocado, cheese & corn with a little coriander, really easy to do in advance & yummy at room temperature.

Crumbed chicken wings ( kids love them cold)

Pita bread Wraps cut in half - I usually do - chicken, lettuce, mayo or roast beef tomato cheese or use mini brioche buns ( sliders )

I do fairy bread sushi and for DS I did red and blue sprinkles - just cut off crust of bread slice and roll flat with a rolling pin - spread butter and sprinkles and roll up then cut into little sushi size pieces

Jelly cups - do a few different layers ( I did jelly cream traffic light - red, green and yellow with a cream layer in the middle

    Rice paper rolls

Dip sticks - get plastic shot glasses and put a dollop if dip in the bottom and put in a few cut up carrot/ cucumber and bread sticks ( less waste!)
