Default Who do you bank with? Recommend me a bank

I need a new bank, am currently with NAB and really not happy with all the issues they have had in the last 6 months.

I have issues with CBA as well for debiting my account $3,600 once for no reason and it took me 4 months to get it back.

So who do you bank with them and why do you like them?

    National Australia Bank.

I have had no issues with them at all.
I don't pay any bank fees on any of my accounts.
I have always been happy with them

I have just moved my account to Suncorp, from the Bendigo Bank.

I'm with St George, mainly because DF is but in saying that I've never had an issue with them and I love their internet banking on my iphone (though I'm sure many companies would be just as good) I say shop around and find the bank with the accounts that suit you best. Good Luck!

I bank with a Building Society that I used to work for called The Greater. They are only in Newcastle/Hunter, NSW South Coast and the Gold Coast areas.

We were with NAB and found them really good. No fees etc and they were pretty easy to get along with.

We changed to Suncorp when we got our mortgage with them and man they slug loads of fees from you. We had one time where an account keeping fee was deducted from an account, promptly followed by a $40 fee for insufficient funds. If it wasn't such a hassle to change backs we'd be back to NAB in a heartbeat. Perhaps when we refinance in 18months we'll move everything back!

    Another NAB customer here.

Are the general issues you've had OP or ones specifically relating to your account?

Df used to be with Heritage and found them to be pretty good.

We're with CBA, have been for years. Have a couple of mortgages with them (have one house we live in and an investment property) so no fees other than the fee for the mortgage package. They've been great with us
