Rozzie - what an experience! Hopefully your recovery will be a lot more relaxed this time round at the different hospital!

Emzy I'm so sorry to hear about your lost embryo, I can't imagine how that would feel. It is great news that the other one is doing so well though and your body is doing all the right things. Haha, yes I may well see you at Hotel Cabrini! Have you chosen your obstetrician? I'm seeing my GP tomorrow so will probably decided then.

Gareth Weston was our IVF specialist and we were so happy with him and his bedside manner that we have chosen to have him as our OB too nothing is ever too much for him, even when we were in the ER on a Saturday night he asked if we wanted him to come see us on Sunday.
Cabrini has the best reviews, I think we'll be happy and very well looked after there

We have lost one of our little beans. At our scan today 7 weeks 3 days one of our sacs were empty but we do have a strong little fighter on board with a healthy heart rate of 153BPM!

We are so so happy to have heard that little heart beat going strong! My cervix is closed and everything else is looking good!

Maggieme if you have your bub at Cabrini we may be there together I am due on the 22nd August!

Glad to hear everyone travelling along well xx

Welcome to the newbies & congratulations!

Ange blood is never fun is it?! So glad to hear everything is going well, do you have a photo to share? Would love to see it. I still have a week to wait until my scan, will be 12wks4days. Good thing we are away otherwise I'd be going nutty at home.

Emzy I'm sorry about your news today but at the same time so happy you have one little string one in there!! Do you have a scan pic to share?

I'm also booked in at Cabrini so hopefully I can share my good experience with you! My cousin had both her babies there and had such lovely private rooms. However if I decide to have a natural birth ill be going to Jessie Mac - think ill go and do a hospital tour just so I know both of them before we go in. Have put off doing these things until after 12wk scan.

Soready you look amazing! I love your bump. I can't wait to have a proper one, you can tell there's definitely something going on with me but I can still hide it with baggy cloths. I'm 5'10 with a long torso so I think bubs have lots of room to fill before its really obvious. How's everyone else's bumps going??

Oh my friggin lord, ladies i need your help. INSOMNIA is driving me bonkers I honestly want to cry! I understand I should get used to it but when baby isn't here to feed yet at these idiotic hours it's so frustrating being awake!!!

Any help on what I can use/do which is safe while in this situation. It seems no matter what time I go to sleep between 2;30-3;30 my body is wide awake and also feeling a little nauseous.. It lasts until around 4;30-5 every morning then I'm knocked out again.

    Any advice appreciated

Great to hear all is well ange. That's great you got in for a scan straight away. Gl for Wednesday

emzy as others have said very bittersweet. Wishing you all the best from here xx

hopefaithbelieve that's a horrible time to be wide awake. Not sure what you could try, I've found not going to bed until I'm absolutely ready to sleep helps.

Afm I was 12 weeks yesterday and had my nt scan. I was so nervous and my heart was beating so fast as I got up on that bed. As soon as she started we saw the baby immediately and listened to the heart. It really looks like a little baby now and everything measured perfectly. We are so happy I will upload a pic after work tonight. We have a 3d one and it's just amazing. So in love! Next scan is 19 weeks on 24th February. We will be finding out the sex and I will be going crazy at the shops
