Have you chosen anyone yet? Have you chosen which hospital?
I was originally going to use my old FS as my OB as he was both but since changing to Lynn I had to start the search! Lynn's office also sent me Emily's details and another OB called Miranda but I had asked my gyno last year (before I knew we'd have to do IVF) and he recommended Dr. Mark Petris. So I thought I would give his offices and a call and if I got a good vibe from the receptionist and she was willing to listen to be being an anxious IVF patient then I would give him a go plus he also specialises in high risk and has a special interest in twins (not that we know yet but maybe?!) plus he is only 10 minutes from my house. I had the best conversation with his receptionist, she was SO lovely and reassuring. I asked her if he would be prepared to do more BT's and scans if I asked and she said anytime you want you can come in and he will put the U/S on your belly - that was very reassuring. He also shares a practice with an IVF FS so 80% of his patients are IVF so he knows they can be crazy haha! He delivers at Jessie Mac, Cabrini and Waverley private. At this stage I am booked in for Jessie mac and Cabrini - once we have our scan we will do hospital tours and decide. The lady from the maternity ward at Cabrini rang me to confirm details and said "I am ringing because you're coming to have a baby with us next year" OMG still so surreal to hear that... she is right and all goes nicely from here.

That's not good... whats making you feel this way??? Are you able to ring your FN and get another BT or something to put your mind at ease? The waiting certainly is NOT fun at all.

I don't even know why I'm feeling this way & scaring myself into thinking it's my intuition! I know it's just fear but my mind is taking over... Maybe I should test?? Don't know if it will actually ease my mind tho or cause more worry if it's not what I'm expecting... Sorry for freakin out ladies but I feel this is the only place I can do it without being called a hypochondriac or worry wort!

AngeQ I have something like that daily!

Today I'm stressed because I don't feel very sick (I've had pretty bad morning sickness the last week or so). Instead of feeling happy about that, I just feel stressed!

Thank you jb2011 counting down the minutes will report back as soon as

AngeQ - I'm so sorry you feel this way. I'm with you today. I feel very anxious.
Do you feel off as in MS, no symptoms or that something isn't right? I think we all have bouts of these emotions it's pretty normal when on the IVF road.
Hope you feel better soon xx

Yeah I'm not feeling as nauseas either & that's worrying me! It's not good that we feel like this but at least we're not alone!
My friend is 2wks ahead of me & said she had her first OB appointment and booked her 12 wk scan but didn't feel the need to do the 8 wk scan as knows everything will be fine - wish I had her confidence!!!

You are not alone with being worried about symptoms coming and going. It does my head in. How many of you are spending the whole day poking yourself in the boobs to see if they still hurt? OMG, I hope my work colleagues don't notice. I am doing it without thinking now!!!

another milestone, I am 8 weeks today, woohoo. I didn't go to work today though, between vomiting last night and then waking at 4am from a crazy dream that there were POAS tests available to test gender and I found out it was a boy, I was completely shattered today.
My symptoms also come and go, boobs are more sore and uncomfortable trying to sleep, once strapped back in place for the day they are ok. Extreme tiredness is my main symptom so far and the massive bloated belly which is making it increasingly difficult to hide.

Good luck loco, not long now, can't wait to hear how you go
