    Default Healthy weightloss during pregnancy

    Hello all.
    I am 4 weeks and a little concerned about weight gain.
    I was frantically trying to lose weight prior to falling and successfully lost 6kgs however I still have a long way to go as my BMI classes me as obese (I don't overly look it though).
    Anyway long story short the hospital I want to go to says they may not allow you to do a water birth if your BMI is above 35.
    I calculated that if I put on another 3-4kgs I'm going to hit BMI of 35.
    This stresses me out a bit!
    I'm eating super healthy (as now I know I have a something growing inside of me) and I plan on trying to walk for 30 minutes everyday.... if I lose weight naturally that way is that ok???
    I haven't factored in any weight loss from morning sickness either.
    Has anyone been successful in managing or losing weight during pregnancy?

    hi, with my dd I put on about 25kg's and lost it all by the time I had fallen pregnant with ds... so with his pregnancy I was just very aware to eat as healthy and natural food as possible and walk most days and I only put 10kg's on.. I certainly found it to help and I felt like I had energy still at the end of the pregnancy instead of the whole ''I feel so heavy'' 'feeling.
