    They are a thermomix recipe but if you don't have one you could easily do them in a mixer.
    I've made them a few times, you have to make sure you take them out just as there done otherwise they get a little dry. And make sure you use buttermilk as it makes all the difference

    I puréed some watermelon. Poured it in the icy pole mould then put in the freezer. Waited for about 2-3 hours and then poured puréed pineapple on top

    I'm going to do rainbow ones next with lots of different fruit.

    I made this Strawberry Snowball Trifle for dessert tonight! Was amazing
    So delicious. It's on the cover of the current 'Taste Magazine'
    Well worth making
