    But the beetroot salad was
    1 large raw beetroot (peeled)
    2 carrots (peeled)
    1 apple (peeled)
    Red onion or spring onions
    Coriander
    Some olive oil
    Lemon juice

I put this all in my thermomix and grated. . but you could grate by hand. Then topped with feta. It was tasty!

I always thought it was too rich too, but when I tried it, it wasn't rich at all... It was just perfect, tasted a bit cheesy.. Which I like

I bought about a litre of chicken stock (I used powdered) to the boil with a few sprigs of thyme and a glove of garlic sliced in half. Then pooped in the chicken breast and let it boil for about 5 mins then reduced the heat to summer with the kid in for about 15 mins.

It was so moist and delicious. I did it cos I can't chew very well yet but liked the taste of it so much I think I'll cook it this way often often

I liked the 'glove of garlic' and 'summer with the kid in'! Sorry to crash...
