    Default Ideas please for 9.5 month old dinner

    My dd is 9.5 months and loves loves loves her food! I try to change her food everyday and alternate as much as I can but I'm running out of ideas as I have lunch to think of too. I try to give her carbs at lunch ie pasta with veggies/rice/risotto with a little bit of finger food (rice cake/steam veggie sticks/cheese etc) so come dinner I'm all out of ideas as the current recipes I have are mainly puréed meat/chicken/ etc. I'm not too fussed on her eating a whole lot for dinner as she eats really well for breakie and lunch so I'm happy for her to pick on things but what?? Any ideas would be great!!

    I would do finger foods at dinner - mainly veggies with some protein

    - veggie frittata - cut into wedges for her to hold
    - egg pancake - 2 eggs with veggies and herbs also cut into strips
    - zucchini slice - make in mini muffin tins
    - grilled lamb cutlet ( even without teeth she can gum and gnaw of tiny pieces of meat and suck all the juices
    - mini meat balls or falafels
    - homemade chicken and veggie nuggets
    - crab or fish cakes

    Corn on the cob is great at this age as are steamed beans, asparagus, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli - I've always had a steamed bowl of a variety of in season veggies at dinner time on the table since DS was 6 months old and still do ( he is now 3) and he gladly eats them as he knows no different
