Just wanted to post an update. DD2's reactions to cows milk got worse. We trialled her on formula to see if it was a fore milk / hind milk imbalance and she broke out in a huge rash. He poos have also turned slightly bubbly. So it's definitely an allergy.

She has been off all of her reflux medications too as they weren't working. And then shortly after going on the elimination diet her reflux symptoms went away all by themselves.

For anyone new reading, my pead says the cows milk allergy is something that builds up. So if you suspect it early on and symptoms get worse then you know you are on the right track.

Oh and one more thing ... Pead says I can and should have sheep's milk cheese and yoghurt. He said the protein is structured differently to cows and goats milk products. I bought both this afternoon from our local IGA and tried the cheese - tastes lovely just like a creamier and saltier fetta (so don't need much).
