    Default Just a bit concerned

Hey guys. Sorry for yet another thread.

Ive noticed that after having a little bit of juice or soft drink (or any drink with sugar basically) I get a really bad headache feel dizzy and feel quite sick. I just feel really yuck, its a bit hard to explain but im getting concerned. Do you guys think its anything to be worried about?
    Tia

I haven't noticed it when I eat foods with sugar in it.

Prob best to pop off to the dr and have a blood test... it could be a sign of hyperglycemia... but, having said that, there may be other logical explanations for it too.

Have a quick google of hyperglycemia and see if you fit the description of physical symptoms?

Thanks nomsie. I just googled. Pretty scary thought. I have most of those symptoms. Guess its back to the drs for me.
In the mean time I going to cut out sugar from my diet.
    Thanks
