    Take it nice and easy Trio. Wish I had the energy to go running, or even walking again. Keep meaning to go to the local pool so can atleast go for a swim but keep putting that off too. Might have to try one day this week

    Tiniest bit of spotting when I went looking for it. Worried sick which is silly because it happens to so many women. Hell it happened to me with ds. Just can't stop thinking the worst and that I caused it. Have been doing my best to make it up to little emby already. I have not eaten anything that even looks processed today! And have been taking it as easy as I can.
    Thanks for thinking of me. We wil be fine. Surely I am worried about nothing.

    As for me... I need some help!
    I finished vacuuming and started cramping around my back and front. Felt like AF pain but I thought it may of just been sore muscles from the vacuuming. Went to the toilet and sure enough *warning-tmi* ... bright red blood. And the pain is now obviously AF pain. Ouchies.
    But the thing is, I only got a positive OPK 9 days ago? What's the deal?? I hope this is all normal for a first period post m/c.

    Edit: Snap Trio! Posted at the same time. Sounds like bub is doing okay.

    @Nomie

    Not that I'm any kind of expert.....but I think ANYTHING can be considered normal (when it comes to first AF after mc/d&c )

    Hope you feel better soon x
