It is not cheap putting properties the net , most sites charge monthly ( some weekly) plus for lease signs, brochures ect so yes they would be spending money on advertising ( or at least charging the owner !)
Yes I understand it costs money to advertise, but they still would have out the property advertised up for lease in the middle of nov anyway. They didn't have to nearly two months before our end of lease. they chose to.

It's not op concern how much money it costs them to advertise.

My pm takes weeks/months to get things done even though we call multiple times. He lies to us and seems likes he uses his friends you to do jobs because he continues to use the same idiot tradies.

Twice I asked him for a letter stating our new rent amount and he ignored me.

Got no respect for pm's like that.

My in laws pm let crims who trashed their house stay after weekly complaints from the neighbors!! We found this out all later on when they were evicted!

So I have little respect for some pm's.

    Has your rent increased??
If your rent increases and the RE haven't actually notified you in writing, they can't do it.

Nah I'm just talking about a normal letter. They've done it the right way. I needed it for Centrelink.
