Default Self cleaning ovens? Are they any good?

Do you have one? Would you recommend it? There's pyrolitic, catalytic and steam cleaning. We're getting a new oven and I want a self cleaning, I just have no idea what's good!

    Any opinions folks?

My mil just bought a tekka. The sales person said its same brand as smeg just rebadged. For the same price she got a steam oven at the top and then a pro whatever oven don't want to spell it wrong lol.

I have a smeg pyrolytic oven. I love it. The trays and tray guides need to be removed, I set the oven to go and it cleans itself. All I do is go in after and wipe the ash out with a cloth. Soooooo much better than using chemicals etc.

I think it gets to 300 C or something like that. The door locks until the temperature is safe to handle.
