I have a question for those who are jabbing or have jabbed previously.

I was reading through the instructions that came with my pack there's a DVD also and it says that if there is a large air bubble it needs to be removed but the nurse said it doesn't matter and that the air bubble won't go in as long as you are pointing the right angle well I checked my needles and almost all of them have large air bubbles some have two what should I do about this that's not something I want to risk has anyone encountered this ?
Amandale I just asked Dh and he said with mine he would point it up and tap it a few times and then gently squeeze until there was a little bubble of liquid on top, then inject straight away, that's what the nurses told him to do.

I had large air bubbles with the cetrotide injections (because I drew the air in trying to get all the liquid!) but I just removed the air bubble like it showed in the video. The nurse at the clinic taught me to remove air bubbles from the Gonal f pen but I never saw any. If you are unsure whether or not to remove it just call the clinic.

I just noticed that you said some have 2 large bubbles but a large air bubble means a bubble that covers the whole top of the syringe. Smaller ones on the side are ok.

    Hi all!

Just a quick congrats to those with great fert rates! Wishing you all the best for their progress!

Sleepy dude- so sorry to hear the news. Big hugs to you and your partner. Treat yourselves to lots of nice things this weekend. You deserve it. Stay strong and all the best for feb.

Those in the tww - how are you coping? Any good signs? Im going crazy here! This is the most impatient ive been so far in this entire process. Probably because dh really thinks ice ice baby is the one. We've even put our emby pic on the fridge which will be interesting if we forget to take it down before visitors come over lol. All round xx
