    Default Probably stupid....

I've just woken up. Not sure what woke me because DS is still asleep. Anyway, DP isn't in the house. He was when I bent to bed a couple of hours ago. His wallet and car keys are still here and the front door has been deadlocked which we never do. I've tried tingling him a couple of times but e hasn't answered. I sent a text but no response. I'm getting worried...

How long have you noticed him missing? Could he have snuck outside for a cigarette? Maybe gone for a walk and forgot keys and phone is on silent? Is it out of character?

I would be worried if I woke up in the middle of the night and DP had disappeared too. Maybe give it an hour or so and if you still haven't heard anything give the police a call.

Could his phone be on silent somewhere in the house? Could have he gone to the toilet or something? Making a call to someone? Is he able to deadlock the house from the outside without keys? Because if he can't and the keys are still there he must be in the house somewhere?

I only noticed it half an hour ago. He doesn't smoke and it is out of character. You can't deadlock the door without using the keys so I know he has them.

I'm just going to wait a while and see but I'm now flicking wide awake.

Maybe he's gone for a walk if he can't sleep & deadlocked the door to keep you safe? That would scare the life out of me though, let us know what happened?

He is so going to get a earful when he does get home. Could have left a note or woken me if he decided to go out.

He just answered his phone. Apparently he's out walking. Around because he Couldn't sleep. Great thanks, now I can't either. Didn't say why he didn't answer my previous cals or respond to the text because I basically hung up on him. I am so not happy. It would have been better if he'd just woken me up.

Im sure that he was thinking that I needed the sleep at the time but this is way worse than a quick wake up to tell me that he's going out. It's going to be hours before I get to sleep and then DS will probably wake up. So not happy

I would not be happy either. Gone for about 45 minutes and only just called you back! I would be furious.
