So I am wondering if anyone has some advise - my nipples are so sore and are really dry and did I mention sore, does anyone have any recommendations on what to rub on the. To stop the dryness?

HydroGel discs by RiteAid were the only thing that worked for me. If you use paw paw ointment make sure it is the petroleum jelly free one (so not lucus') as you will need to wipe it off before feeding.
