    Default Tips for leftover roast lamb?

    I have tonnes!!! (Just DH and I and cooked up a big leg lol)

    What can I do with it?
    How long does it keep for?
    And can I use some for my almost 9 month old?

    lamb fritters... make a savoury batter and add chopped lamb and cook in a fry pan

    yes your 9 mth old can have some i fed it to my 2...
