    Default Routines

Can anyone send me a routine suitable for an 8 month old. I know there's a few different ones.

Here's the one from save our sleep

    7am wake milk feed
    8am solids
    920 nap
    11am milk feed
    12am solids
    1320 nap
    Milk feed when wakes
    5pm solids
    630 milk feed
    7pm bed

My dd is almost 9 months, we do not follow this routine as she always wakes around 6 am and she still naps x 3 a day (she is starting to show signs of wanting to drop it though)

There is also the 2-3-4 routine for naps suitable from 6 months ie 2 hrs awake then nap, 3 hrs awake etc.

My rough routine is from the sleep easy solution. It is 2 hrs awake then first nap then 2.5 hrs between naps after that. Once she drops the 3rd nap it'll change to 2.5 first then 3 hours between naps.

I also usually follow the feed play sleep ie I feed her when she wakes, and about an hour later give her solids, then a top up bf before bed for the night. Most nights she has a bf overnight around 4 am... Sometimes she sleeps through.
