Default Suspected Implantation bleeding but negative preg tests!

On the 5th of this month I had a light bleed it didn't even last the day for the next couple of days I would have some blood smears when I wiped but nothing that would require a pad. I was due my period on the 8th but nothing happened and I haven't bled since. I have since then completely lost my appetite all foods that I used to love now I don't want to touch. Certain smells bother me not tonnes just a few and I have started to feel sick. In my other pregnancies I suffered from hyperemisis and have always felt ill practically from conception. I feel like I am in the early stages of pregnancy but so far every test has come back negative. My friend suggested to me the other day that perhaps I am testing too early and that my first missed period is actually the one that is coming up and not the one around the time of my suspected implantation bleeding. I am confused and any advice would be greatly appreciated is my period due date next month my actual first missed period or is the one after my light bleed it? I am going to the doctor to ask for a blood test but can't see him til the end of next week. So any advice would be great

I'm confused.. if your period was due on the 8th why would do you think it could now be due a month from now? A small bleed isn't a proper period. I'm not 100% because I've never had one myself but could it possibly be an ectopic pregnancy? Maybe those have lower hcg levels? I don't know just guessing here. What date did you take your last pregnancy test?

Hi, my period was due on the 8th but my friend thought that maybe because of the bleed I had that technically maybe my actual first missed period would be classed as the 8th of next month and that was why my tests were coming back negative sorry if I wasn't clear. I did my last test 2 days ago on the 16th.

Yeah that is weird.. I have no idea to be honest. If the small bleed was implantation then I would pee on a stick every couple of days since hcg is supposed to double in pregnancy every 2-3 days. I hope you get some answers soon. I'd be very interested in what your doctor makes of it all.
