Default Colostrum for toddler with Gastro?

So DS has Gastro, he's stopped vomiting around 7:30 this morning, he has eaten a single dry cracker all day (highly unusual as he loves his food) and he's been drinking hydra lite.

I've given him nurofen for his 38.4 temp an he's been lying in a heap on the couh all day.

I am pregnant with number 2 (26+3) and was wondering if if hand expressed some colostrum in a syringe and gave it to him, woul that help?

I'd prob only be able to get a few ml as I'm not great at hand expressing but would it help him at all?

I think it would certainly not harm him at all, there are so many goodies and antibodies it could well help him.

    Good idea.
