    Default Dtd before embryo transfer.

    Hi,

We are about to embark on another round of Ivf, this time is a natural frozen cycle where we are putting our 2 last embryo's back. Just wondering what experiences or advice you have been given about Dtd before transfer and if it worked or any other things that you think may have helped. Thanks in advance

    Hey Dragonfly17,
we were always told to do it after. Our last Ivf cycle was quite a while ago though so protocols may have changed since then. Hopefully someone else will come along with more recent info.
    Good luck.

We were told no sex after transfer but sperm does help with implantation so night or morning before is best. Good luck hun!

Thanks for all the input. Have heard about the sperm helping but Dh has had a vasectomy ( hence our IVF journey), but maybe the semen can help along with just relaxing my body too. Guess it's a bit of normal process lol. Do you think it helped Panda?

Not sure but it didn't do any harm either. First time I got a BFP we didn't dtd. We did it for one of our(possibly 2 , can't remember) BFNs. And as I said this last time which was a BFP we did. I say do it, it's not going to hurt your chances.
