    Default Lite n easy

    Anyone else in bub hub land using lite n easy? DH and I started about 2 months ago. So far so good. Lived to hear what others think

    I love it. It's been 7 weeks. I've lost 13kgs. I like the food, great variety.

    Wow rach that's great. I've lost about 5kgs since being on it. I've found its a huge change.

    I'm really enjoying it. The foods been great

    I'm not currently on LNE but was last year. Lost 21 kgs in 18 weeks. Loved it!

    I did it a few years ago, I consistently lost about 1kg a week for about 7 weeks, then slightly less per week after that. I lost just under 10kg all up. I'd been aiming for 10 to get to my ultimate goal weight, but summer and Christmas came and I just got over it.

    Loved it and would recommend it to anyone. Will possibly do it again in the future if I can't shift this baby weight, but would probably wait until not exclusively breastfeeding a newborn as I'm so hungry all the time!!
