Dd is a bit of a grazer, so most days she will get a plate with lots of 'bits'.

the other day she had a tiny cup with Mac and cheese with broccoli, cucumber and carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, bit of left over chicken and grapes.

She loves home made sausage rolls and crumbed chicken salad mini wraps too.

Miss 3 tends to prefer lots of different stuff so she will have chicken/turkey/ham/scrambled egg maybe some cheese, crackers and then usually fruit (her choice she loves strawberries, blueberries, grapes, apple, banana)

she loves plain pasta or Mac and cheese so will sometimes have that along side fruit/veg

    ravioli

    ham and vegetable muffins

fried rice (easy just rice, bacon, frozen peas and corn, soy and little sweet chilli)

My son has something different every day. Well i try to give him something different lol. Sometimes a sandwich (ham and cheese or just cheese, vegemite, pbj), or the day before ill make a vege slice, scrambled egg, fruit and yogurt or fruit with a small smoothie.
Lazy days ill make him some nuggets or noodles and he loves soup with bread to dip in Usually ill serve that in a soup mug.

DD loves pasta so usually some pasta with a home made sauce. i just put some aside to freeze when i make spag bol, napolitana, cheese sauce or whatever for dinner.
A jam sandwich and fruit and custard
If we cook a roast chook for dinner, i will put some meat asside for lunches and make chicken, avo and grated cheese wraps, cherry tomatoes on the side. Or add chicken to pasta.
Sausage roll or party pie - the frozen ones, im not that good.
Tin spaghetti or baked beans with toast
I have heaps of home made frozen soups in the freezer, just a matter of heating up with a roll.
A pizza roll from the bakery and i put ham and cheese in it.
Fish fingers or chicken nuggets (frozen store bought ones)
Pizza muffins dd will make her own - usually ham cheese pineapple capsicum mushroom
    deli meat sandwiches
Any leftovers in the fridge - today dd had home made hamburger patty (lots of vege in there) in a sandwich with sauce. Yesterday she had some curry and cous cous.
Home made coldslaw and deli meats
Pasta salad - i make my own.
    Cheese and tomato on toast
omlette or scrambled eggs and toast
Thinly sliced granny smith apple and a sprkinle of brown sugar in a sandwich
This all depands how much time i have and how hungry they are.

i have a 9mth old too and he eats the same lunches as dd, slightly modified so he can feed himeself.
