    Maree, same as my mums.
Don't love it, don't hate it. Undo like that it's a family name though. It is also DD1's middle name.

Totally in love with our two beautiful little girls.

Miriam. Being half-Moroccan my parents wanted me to have an Arabic middle name. I've never been a fan...

My middle name is my paternal grandmothers first name - and yes I've always liked it.

My brothers middle name is our paternal grandfathers first name.

My mothers middle name is her mothers middle name, but her mother used her middle name instead of her first name.

My fathers middle name is his mothers maiden name.

The best man at my wedding had Brooke as his middle name. It was a family middle name passed down from his mothers side, but his father had vetoed it being given to his sister (who was born first). When his mother became pregnant a second time, she insisted she was going to pass on the family middle name - and him being a boy didn't deter her.

    PS: He always hated it.

Alexandra. Named after my grandmother and grandfather who were both Alexes.

My niece's middle name is Brooke. She was named after the ob's surname.
