Mine is May. It was my great grandmothers middle name who was like a mother to my mother. They were going to give me her first name as my first name and I wish they had. Violet is so much better than my crappy first name.

Mine is Anne. Flows with my first name so I can't complain. Dad chose my whole name after he saw a gorgeous little toddler with the name.

Middle name is Charley, after my great grandpa who died before I was born. I love it. I used to hate it growing up though!

My middle name Rachel, same as my mums and if I have a girl I'll most likely use it for her to. DS1's middle name is after his uncle and DS2's middle name is the same as his DH's (same as DH's pops first name).
DH's family is big on naming after people. I didn't want to, so I used middle names as a compromise.
I like my middle name mostly because it's the same as mums.
